1. Uploaded Photos

By submitting a photo to our website, you confirm and agree to the following terms:

  1. Ownership and Rights:

    • You declare that you are the rightful owner of all intellectual property rights, including copyright, associated with the submitted photo.
    • You warrant that the photo does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or personal data rights.

  2. License Grant:

    • You grant us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use, publish, display, modify, reproduce, and distribute the submitted photo and all accompanying data.
    • This license is granted without any compensation to you or any person depicted in the submitted photo.

  3. Legal Responsibility:

    • You assume full legal responsibility for the content you submit, particularly concerning privacy laws and data protection regulations applicable in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to GDPR and national privacy laws in Belgium).
    • You indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the submission or use of the photo.

  4. Data Retention:

    • Upon submission, the IP address used to upload the photo will be collected and retained for security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
    • The IP address and associated data may be stored for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

2. Generated License Plate Images

By using the license plate image generator on our website, you confirm and agree to the following terms:

  1. Functionality and Data Processing:

    • The generator allows users to create visual simulations of license plates based on user-inputted text.
    • By using this tool, you explicitly consent to the permanent storage of the generated text and the public display of the corresponding image on our website.
    • You acknowledge that no direct link is established between your identity and the generated content unless you provide additional information to that effect.

  2. IP Address Collection:

    • To ensure system integrity, security, and prevent misuse, the IP address used at the time of generation is collected and stored.
    • The IP address may be retained for legal compliance, abuse detection, and audit purposes.

  3. User Responsibility:

    • You are solely responsible for the content you input into the generator. Avoid using personal information or text that may identify yourself or third parties without their consent.
    • We are not liable for any consequences arising from the public display of user-generated text unless it violates applicable laws.

3. Data Protection and Privacy Compliance

  • We process and retain data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian data protection laws (FR, NL or EN)..
  • Users have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data where applicable under the law.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting photos or using the license plate generator, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from submitting content or using the generation tool.
